As a registered real estate agent under Karnataka RERA, I believe in full transparency and professionalism.

As part of our process, I kindly inform you that I work strictly on a commission basis, and the property I am showing you has been directly introduced by me.

Before the visit, I will request your kind cooperation to acknowledge this with a short commission agreement, which only confirms your awareness that the property was shown through me.

This is not for payment now, only a basic legal step to protect both sides and avoid future confusion.

Within BBMP limits – Residential and Commercial

2% from seller, 1% from buyer and GST

Outside BBMP limits

3% from seller, 1% from buyer and GST

Industrial land/building and agricultural land

4% from seller, 2% from buyer and GST

Joint Development

2% commission from the developer and owner on their respective super built up share and GST

Goodwill/Pagadi

2% commission and one month rent on each side and GST
